  3. Values: What are the core beliefs guiding the business?
    • Example: committed to healthy, active, and happy children.
  4. Products/Services: What does the business provide?
    • Example: providing effective and state-of-the-art water filtration.
  5. Target Audience: Identify who benefits from your products or services.
    • Example: serving small to medium-sized businesses globally.
  6. Uniqueness: What sets your business apart?
    • Example: using cutting-edge technology to streamline HR processes.
  7. Benefits: Outline your primary objectives.
    • Example: To improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  8. Clarity: Ensure the mission statement is easy to understand.
    • Example: Providing top-quality high school tutoring services for standardized test success.
  9. Inspiration: Inspire stakeholders (including employees and customers) and foster their loyalty.
    • Example: Positioning your practice as the local leader in patient care.
